Day 1
Nairobi – Amboseli National Park
Rise early to enjoy a delicious breakfast at your hotel this morning before start of your 6 Days Amboseli Naivasha Masai Mara Safari Tour. We depart by road to Amboseli National Park famous for its breath-taking views of Kilimanjaro. The Park also shelters more than 420 species of birds. Enormous Elephant population and other big game are attracted to the area by underground springs fed from the melting snows of Mount Kilimanjaro. Lunch is served at the lodge, before departing for a planned afternoon game drive. Return to the lodge and enjoy a scrumptious dinner.

Day 2
Explore Amboseli National Park
Rising early for good views of Mount Kilimanjaro before clouds build up over the summit, we set off for a game drive. Amboseli is an excellent place to view a multitude of wildlife, including everything from Wildebeest to Giraffes to Baboons. A visit to a Masai village is planned after breakfast. Midday finds us at our lodge for lunch and afternoon rest, followed by another game drive. Amboseli is home to the legendary Masai tribesmen. Masai warriors are famous and are proud nomadic tribe whose legendary prowess in battle and single-handed acts of bravery in fights with the wild animals are known across the world.

Day 3
Amboseli – Lake Naivasha
Depart Amboseli for Lake Naivasha stopping for lunch in Nairobi. Afternoon proceed to Lake Naivasha arriving in time for an afternoon optional boat ride. Alternatively, a nature walk at Crescent Island is an excellent way to see wild animals while on foot. The Island is a private game sanctuary, which is home to zebra, wildebeest, gazelle, Vervet monkeys, hares, genet cats, waterbuck and giraffe.

Day 4
Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara Game Reserve
Depart Lake Naivasha for Masai Mara Game Reserve-jewel of Kenya's Game Park. This enormous Reserve actually part of the vast Serengeti plains is famously known for it's spectacular great wildebeest migration and is a true home of the big five-Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Rhino and Cape Buffalo. Upon arrival, lunch will follow. After lunch, explore the reserve on a late evening 'Spice' game drive. In the evening, we relax around the camp/Lodge fire before an excellent dinner.

Day 5
Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve
The Masai Mara is one of the greatest wildernesses of the world. Morning and afternoon game drives are planned. Large mammals are varied, abundant and easy to see. Residents among the Parks mammals are; Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Impala, Zebra, Topi, both the Thomson's and Grant's Gazelles. The best Hot Air Balloon rides are available on this day at an additional cost.

This itinerary runs 6 days, starting and ending in Nairobi. It is a private departure, so the dates are yours to choose and the pace can be adjusted. If you would like more or less time in Kenya Safari, we can rebuild the itinerary around that.
How many people will be in my safari vehicle?
Six at most, and that is a hard cap. Our Land Cruisers seat seven, so there is always a spare seat and every guest has a window and unobstructed access to the pop-up roof hatch. A fully private vehicle is available on any itinerary for a supplement.
When is the best time to do this Kenya Safari trip?
July to October is peak season, with the Mara River crossings and the best trekking weather, and it carries the highest rates. March to May is the long rains: green landscapes, newborn game, very few vehicles and the lowest prices of the year. January to February is dry, hot and excellent for general game viewing. There is no bad month, only months that suit different things.
