Day 1
Mombasa – Tsavo West National Park (240 km's, Appoximately 4 hrs)
We depart from the Coast town of Mombasa for our 4 Days Tsavo West Amboseli Tsavo East Safari Tour via Mombasa – Nairobi highway. The 240 km, 4-hour journey through tarmac and gravel roads will have a break en-route with refreshments and bathroom facilities available. Our game drive will begin in Tsavo West National Park. We arrive at the lodge/camp in time for lunch. Late afternoon, we will venture out to the Rhino Sanctuary with some game viewing en-route. Animals to be seen here include buffalos, elephants, lions, cheetah, giraffes etc. As the sun sets we head back to our camp /lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2
Tsavo West National Park – Amboseli National Park (140 Kilometers, 3 Hours)
Sun rise finds us ready and out for our pre-breakfast game 'spice' drive. We will visit the Mzima Springs and explore on foot to see hippos under water, crocodiles, exotic fish, and tropical vegetation. On our drive this morning we shall also get to see many resident and migratory bird species. We return for breakfast then check out and proceed further south to the Amboseli National Park. The drive takes approximately 2 hours. Lunch in Amboseli, we relax before setting out for our afternoon game drive Amboseli is a relatively small park hence animal spotting is easy and fast. On a clear day we should be able to see Mt. Kilimanjaro from a distance. We will return to our lodge/camp for meals and overnight.

Day 3
Amboseli National Park – Tsavo East National Park (300 Kilometers, 5 Hours)
After an early breakfast in Amboseli, we depart by road with a game drive en-route to Tsavo East National Park. Our drive takes us through the farmlands of a local tribe called Kamba. We arrive in Tsavo East National Park in time for lunch followed by some free time before setting out on another game drive in the late afternoon. Tsavo East is known for excellent game viewing which include the big five...lion, elephant, leopard, buffalo and rhino.

Day 4
Tsavo East National Park – Mombasa Island (160 Kilometers, 2 hours)
We explore the vastness of Tsavo National Park on an early morning game drive and return to lodge/camp for a full English breakfast. How many people will be in my safari vehicle?
Six at most, and that is a hard cap. Our Land Cruisers seat seven, so there is always a spare seat and every guest has a window and unobstructed access to the pop-up roof hatch. A fully private vehicle is available on any itinerary for a supplement.
When is the best time to do this Kenya Safari trip?
July to October is peak season, with the Mara River crossings and the best trekking weather, and it carries the highest rates. March to May is the long rains: green landscapes, newborn game, very few vehicles and the lowest prices of the year. January to February is dry, hot and excellent for general game viewing. There is no bad month, only months that suit different things.
