Game drive then drive via Nairobi to the Aberdares to an exciting Tree Hotel or lodge overlooking floodlit waterholes.

Tree/Hotel/Samburu
Continue north across the equator to the Northern Frontier to enjoy the different scenery and wildlife including Grevy's Zebra and Reticulated Giraffe. Lunch then a game drive.

Early game drive then drive to the Mt Kenya Safari Club to enjoy the facilities or take an optional tour to the nearby Sweetwater's Reserve or Mt Kenya

Mt Kenya Safari Club/Lake Baringo
Morning drive via Nyahururu Falls down to Lake Bogoria. Later drive to the beautiful lake Baringo. Evening bird walk. Accommodation at a lodge.

Baringo/Lake Nakuru
Morning boat ride on the lake. Lunch, then drive along the floor of the Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru. Game drive.

Nakuru/Maasai Mara
Morning drive across the Rift Valley down to the Maasai Mara. Lunch and later an afternoon game drive

Maasai Mara
Two full days to experience the Mara magic! Kenya's premier reserve is famed for its phenomenal wildlife. You may want to ride in a Balloon over game before landing for a Champagne Breakfast at an extra cost.

How many people will be in my safari vehicle?
Six at most, and that is a hard cap. Our Land Cruisers seat seven, so there is always a spare seat and every guest has a window and unobstructed access to the pop-up roof hatch. A fully private vehicle is available on any itinerary for a supplement.
When is the best time to do this Kenya Safari trip?
July to October is peak season, with the Mara River crossings and the best trekking weather, and it carries the highest rates. March to May is the long rains: green landscapes, newborn game, very few vehicles and the lowest prices of the year. January to February is dry, hot and excellent for general game viewing. There is no bad month, only months that suit different things.
