Masai Mara National Reserve
Masai Mara National Reserve is one of the most popular tourism destinations in Kenya- Africa. The reserve is located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland.
Wildlife tends to be most concentrated on the reserve’s western escarpment.
The Masai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. The annual wildebeest’s migration alone involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and departing in November.
There have been some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 birds species recorded on the reserve.

Masai Mara National Reserve – Mara Sopa Lodge
After breakfast, drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve offering wonderful scenery and plenty of game. It is perhaps the only region left in Kenya where the visitor may see animals in the same super-abundance as existed a century ago. Arrive for lunch at your lodge. Afternoon game drive until sunset.

Masai Mara Game Reserve – Mara Sopa Lodge
The search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today during extensive game runs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. We also visit a Masai village and glimpse life so ancient and yet so enduring that it astonishes. The true pinnacle of our journey to the Mara however will be Bush Sundowners—a civilized cocktail party staged in the untamed wilds of Africa.

Day 4
Kigio Wildlife Conservancy – Kigio Wildlife Camp
After breakfast you will be collected for the day's drive taking you to the floor of the Great Rift Valley, destination Lake Nakuru National Park. Picnic lunch in Lake Nakuru National Park. After lunch proceed on an afternoon Game After game drive return to Kigio Wildlife Conservancy. Dinner and overnight stay at Kigio Wildlife Camp. Kigio Wildlife camp is a special natural retreat inside the impressive 3500 acre Kigio Wildlife Conservancy. This brand new, stunning property provides superb accommodations in an unbeatable location overlooking the glorious woodlands and the Malewa River, which together attract over 250 species of birds to the area. At night Hippo and Buffalo visit the camp to feed on ground salts and vegetation, in the morning zebra and giraffe wander through as more than 250 types of birds sing way.

Amboseli National Park – Amboseli Sopa Lodge
Breakfast at the camp. Departure at 0730hrs After breakfast, drive to Amboseli National Park lying below the most famous symbol of Africa, Mt Kilimanjaro. Picnic en route to Amboseli National Park. Afternoon game drive until sunset. Amboseli is famous for its tremendous variety of big game. In addition to elephant, antelope, zebra, wildebeest, buffalo and the rare Leopard, Amboseli is sought after by travelers in the know for its breathtaking scenery and easily approachable wildlife.

Six at most, and that is a hard cap. Our Land Cruisers seat seven, so there is always a spare seat and every guest has a window and unobstructed access to the pop-up roof hatch. A fully private vehicle is available on any itinerary for a supplement.
When is the best time to do this Kenya Safari trip?
July to October is peak season, with the Mara River crossings and the best trekking weather, and it carries the highest rates. March to May is the long rains: green landscapes, newborn game, very few vehicles and the lowest prices of the year. January to February is dry, hot and excellent for general game viewing. There is no bad month, only months that suit different things.
